Refund and Returns Policy

At Beaute Celeste, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided
• The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

Note: Items like personal care, skincare, or opened cosmetics are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Used or opened products
• Damaged products not caused by transit or our error
• Orders returned after the return window

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Post that, cancellations are not possible once the order is shipped.

If your order is cancelled from our end due to unavailability, full refund will be initiated.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the product
• Invoice copy
• Unboxing video (if applicable)

We will offer a replacement or a full refund in such cases.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
