Once shipped, a tracking ID will be emailed and/or messaged to you. You can track your order via the courier’s website.


4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 attempts for delivery. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the package may be returned to us.


5. Undelivered or Lost Packages

In case of any delivery issues such as lost or misrouted shipments, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.


6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately. For accepted packages, please share photos and unboxing videos for claims.


7. International Shipping
